1. The Professional Relationship

By engaging EVOQ for sales training, the Client acknowledges that results are a product of both our proprietary methodology and the Client's consistent execution. We provide the systems; the Client provides the effort.

2. The 30-Day Performance Guarantee

We stand behind our "Elite Visibility & Outreach Quotient" frameworks. However, to prevent "Knowledge Poaching," our 100% money-back guarantee is subject to Performance Verification:

  • Full Participation: The team must have attended at least 90% of the scheduled training sessions.
  • Implementation Evidence: The Client must demonstrate that they have applied the EVOQ prospecting and closing frameworks (e.g., proof of outreach logs or recorded calls using the taught scripts).
  • The "Bad Faith" Clause: Refunds will not be issued to companies that download all training assets and request a refund immediately without attempting implementation.
  • Notification Window: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] between Day 25 and Day 30 of the engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, including the "EVOQ Blueprint," specific scripts, and visibility frameworks, remain the exclusive property of EVOQ. They are licensed to the Client for internal use only and may not be resold or used to train external third parties.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business data and internal sales figures shared during the training sessions strictly confidential. This is essential for the "Elite" diagnostic process.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
